如果唔係既話....記住d flat file conntection 入面既所有既char
要變成unicode string，之後係 flat file source obj上right click選
advanced editor for flat file source->Input and Output Properties
要保證external columns要係所有coding都係unicode string
而output columns既就轉返你要用既codepage(charset)
同用返string.....
char==string......
記住啦
